And how could it not? Our co-hosts were born & raised in NY, NJ & NOLA! Although Nikki, Damian and Jason have since spread out across the country that swag has stayed with them and resonates throughout the show.

3rd & 3 Podcast was born out of the Covid-19 Pandemic and thanks to Jason's great idea to get Nikki and Damian to be a guest on his show the 3 of them decided ..... hey the whole world is shut down, lets keep this going!

And keep going they did. 3rd & 3 Podcast has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success thanks to our friends, family and fans who continue to support the show.

Like most Quarterbacks Jason is an essential part of the 3rd & 3 Podcast. Jason keeps the offense moving, audibles when needed, takes what the defense gives him, keeps his eye on the clock and elevates the team around him every time he steps to the mic. Jay's opening to the shows are amazing and sometimes you can even catch his rap skills on display!
Nikki Gist
Wide Receiver
All great Wide Receivers are divas as are all great co-hosts. Nikki always says she would start at wide receiver because every time you throw her the ball she never drops it. And she never does. Sounds like the makings of a Real Housewives tagline. Nikki brings her A game every week and never misses a chance to hate on the Cowboys. Her rants are epic and so is she.
Damian Adams
Head Coach
It's a running joke on the show that Damian is the Head Coach but that's because he embodies everything a great coach is. Damian keeps that "birds eye view" of the action so that he knows what is happening with his team and makes nuanced adjustments. Damian's sports knowledge is vast and well rounded as is his love for movies, the 90's and ranch dressing.

Nikki's niece Eva is a dance soloist who competes at dance competitions during the Spring and Summer months.
