Every week on The 3rd & 3 Podcast, Nikki, Damian and Jason hold The Freaky Fantasy Football Draft. Each show they draft a QB, RB, WR, TE and Defense. The kicker is that they can only use a player once throughout the entire season. For example if Nikki drafts Tyreek Hill in a given week, she cannot draft him again for the duration of the football year.
